He loved the pace and atmosphere of the&nbsp;restaurant environment. He says that it suited his, "eccentric personality." For the next ten years he worked as a line cook at a variety of restaurants. During that time he also earned his degree from Johnson &amp; Wales University. After three years at Garibaldi's, John came to join us as our head chef last year! John's love of the kitchen and creative spirit have enabled us to beef up our menu and offer creative specials nightly!
